Shawna has always had an entrepreneur spirit. When she's not working at Shopify or doing the mothering and family things, she is constantly working on something on the side. She has dabbled in photography, cake decorating, event planning, seamstress work and basically all other forms of creative expression!
This experience affords Shawna the ability to really empathize with the merchants that she interacts with on a daily basis. Working at Shopify allows Shawna to continue to expand her business knowledge and implement these skills in her personal business every day, and for that - she is endlessly grateful.
